Injection moulding technology.

At our two plants in Switzerland and Hungary, we produce high-precision injection-moulded parts on over 30 modern injection moulding machines. The machines, with clamping forces ranging from 20 to 650 tonnes, allow us to produce parts ranging from 5 grams to 3 kilograms.

In doing so, practically all types of thermoplastics can be processed. We have extensive expertise in tool technology and manufacturing processes, especially for high-temperature-resistant plastics such as PPSU (polyphenyl sulfones) or PEEK (polyether ether ketones), as well as fibre-reinforced materials. For medical products, we also implement manufacturing processes validated in accordance with ISO EN 13485. Our own mould maintenance ensures a high level of readiness for delivery with the best quality. We have the capacities and know-how to carry out in-house repairs and the regular maintenance of tools in a professional and efficient manner.

Automation.

Some machines use robots that remove the parts automatically. Automation also comes into play for checking and packaging.

Multi-component injection moulding technology.

We manufacture highly complex plastic parts on four 2K injection moulding systems with clamping forces ranging from 110 tonnes to 220 tonnes.

Thanks to multi-component injection moulding technology, cost-optimised, multifunctional components can be manufactured. We can, for example, produce parts with an inner PPSU component and a cover with glass fibre reinforcement. Thanks to multi-component injection moulding technology, the part is cheaper, but fully meets the necessary mechanical properties. The material combinations of plastics with different properties allow us to achieve a wide variety of functional requirements with one unit. These, for example, include integrated seals using hard/soft combinations or specially reinforced parts with over-moulding and fibre-reinforced plastics. Integrating functions and eliminating downstream assembly steps for several individual parts result in a cost-efficient end product.

Committed to efficiency.

At the beginning of 2020, we invested in an automated two-component injection moulding machine with a clamping force of 220 tonnes.
Thanks to the tie-bar-less design, we can shorten set-up times by up to 60 percent. The parts are automatically checked and packed with the extraction robot.

Most of our machines are networked, which enables us to easily track production. All important process parameters are saved and can be assigned to each individual production.
