Our service package includes the assembly and manufacturing of plastic products. This includes the manufacturing of complete units and system solutions, for example for medical technology. We also take on the procurement of purchased parts, such as metal parts, which we combine with injection-moulded parts that are produced in-house to create system solutions.
In addition to machining processes, our assembly departments also use ultrasonic, vibration and heating element welding processes, as well as bonding processes. We also offer finishing processes such as printing, chrome plating and laser labelling. We have had our own pad printing machine since 2017. This means that plastic parts can be printed with logos or functional features, for example.
We use test stations, in particular for medical technology, with which we create test certificates for each unit.
